Personality: Oki easily comes off as a gangster, and it's actually just a part of what he is. He generally is a harsh individual, but he does have a good side which very few get a chance to see. As a matter of fact, he respects those who don't complain and just get the job done. The truth is that he was raised to be a tough guy with little sympathy, because sympathy is a sign of weakness. Because of this, Oki tries his absolute best to not get attached with others that he doesn't need to. To put it very simply, Oki is a trained Hitman that always carries a loaded pistol for his own protection. It should also be noted that he sleeps with it under his pillow. If you do anything, do not upset this guy because he will always find a way to make you wish you never angered him. However, if you're nice and polite to him he'll think of you as an acquaintance. Despite that, he really likes having the attention of others and he doesn't mind showing himself off. When it comes to family, even with his bad-boy attitude, he would gladly sacrifice himself to make sure that they would remain safe from harm. A P P E A R A N C E ! Height: 6ft Weight: 160Lbs Remarkable Features: A crimson tattoo on the left side of his neck. Overall Looks: Oki is an Albino in the sense that he has naturally white hair for being a teen. It's combed straight, and some of his bangs go past his eyes; it also reaches down to the bottom of the back of his neck, in the back. His eyes are blue, and he has sharp masculine features. He also has a very strong and active body from running all the time. Oki wears a white button-up shirt under a black uniform shirt that has white detailing in it. Over that, he wears a tuxedo coat of the same design. On his neck, Oki wears a red tie that nearly reaches down to the bottom of his uniform shirt. Oki also wears a pair of black pants that fit a little loosely on him and they cover a little bit of his dark brown dress shoes. Uniform Fanservice A B I L I T I E S ! Hitman Ability: Oki has the very unique ability to shoot down a specific target with just a pistol at distances that would require a sniping gun. He is also able to curve the path of a bullet, should he choose to do so. This ability was recieved over a period of time and years of experience until he could finally shoots the wings off of a fly. Believe it or not, this requires massive concentration that unlocks a portion of the brain that most people cannot access. It is sort of like a Hyper Awareness, but not nearly as powerful. Box Weapon: Cloud Guns- These guns both have thorn-like cloud bullets loaded into them that have the ability to "propagate" thorns made from Cloud Flames. To be more specific, whatever one of these bullets pierce immediately get torn to threds and skewered by many upon many of thorns which multiply endlessly in all directions, and sap away any Dying Will Flame the target has. A shot in the foot is not immediately deadly, but it will spread like a poison. However, it will be deadly if the target is shot in the chest, heart, or lungs. As unstable as this weapon is, the only person that can keep it from overloading is Oki and his strong will. Even with that, he still has some difficulty controlling it. Extended use could cause his nose and/or hands to bleed as if thorns were digging deep into his skin. Light use of the guns is recommended. Fortunately, any personal injuries will heal up in a day, RP-time.
Box Animal: Cordy (short for Cordylus cataphractus), Cloud Armadillo Lizard- This rare animal is capable of intreasing its size of the length of it's spiky armor. Due to his affiliation with the Cloud Flame, Cordy can also replicate himself, roll into a spiky ball, or create a protective barrier around one or more individuals. His entire body is drenched in Cloud Flames, which makes him even more formidable.[/div][/center]
B A C K G R O U N D !
History: Oki was born into a family of assassins known as Hitmen. Although his roots are from Middle and Eastern Europe, he was born in Ikebukaro, Japan and named after a great warrior of the Feudal Era. Because of the family he was born in, he never had a childhood like most people would. With all honesty, he became an experience Hitman by the time he became 14 years old and was well experienced in combat; both modern and in the Martial Arts. He was always taught to live with no regrets and to kill those who needed to be killed and those who threatened the livelyhood of the family.
This does not go to say that the law did not apply to him, it did several times. Even if they wanted to, the city government could not put him to death or in prison because he actually was helping out the community by exterminating a lot of really bad people that would have killed more people if he hadn't gotten involved. Also, his family happened to have a very large influence in the area of crime management. Because of all of this, he would only get community service and House Arrest. Besides, he was more dangerous in Prison than he was in his own home. Even the Governer knew this.
During his transfer to Namimori, he got a letter from an anomonous person claiming that he had seen Oki's work, and was willing to meet him in person. What surprised Oki even more was the Post Script: "By the way, leave your Pistol at home. I wouldn't want to shoot you on mistake." This is exactly what caught his interest the most because it was never leaked to the public that he owned a Pistol. After training and besting the old man, which was surprisingly hard for Oki because the old man was such a good fighter, he introduced himself to Oki and he found out that the old man was the Kyouya Hibari. He also was deemed worthy to have Hibari's Vongola ring, and he was advised to do as he pleases, but at least become aquainted with the other Guardians and the new Boss.

"Psheh" He said not angrily, but could be mistaken for one. "Just when i decided to visit, no one is home, pathetic."
Kyouga: "May I help you?" Kyouga asked, and he seemed curious about the man. The strange visiter definitely was a Demon in his prime. A Demon King perhaps? Also, Kyouga sensed that there was a bloodline connection between both of them. However, Kyouga had never known any of his relatives that were of an older generation than his mother.
Mr. Satan: He know the boy who entered, instantly with just the smell of his anxiousness all over the place. "So we meet." His expression was like a stone. "Your mother was rude enough not to tell you about me and or the bloodline which you hold. You can call me Santa."
Kyouga: "It's a pleasure to meet you Santa, but Ciel explained what I am. My name is Kyouga, and I think you might be the grandfather that I never knew..." Kyouga said calmly as he tried to take in the fact that the father of his mother was at the ranking status of a Demon King. Kyouga knew Santa was a Demon King, because he was much stronger than Ciel was.
Mr. Satan: "Grandpa?" He chuckled a chunk of laughter. "Not directly no, but since its my blood which runs on your veins, from my son Ciel, he gave it to your Mother. But I've watch over your family through another form, but that soul has long expired. That man, Alfred Alstein, i possessed him for centuries."
Kyouga: "I see... So you've possessed other bodies... Is there something that you want me to know?" Kyouga said and asked calmly, already confused as to why Ciel infused his mothers body with the blood that now flows in his veins. This all seemed like one big conspiricy to Kyouga, and he had the strange understanding that he was the last of his kind. Regardless, Kyouga still had a long way ahead of him before he fully awakened.
Mr. Satan: "What do you want to know?" Her returned the question back to the boy. He stared at Kyouga seemingly studying him, how far he can go, if he could make it into the royal circle and all that, he was wise indeed, but not wise enough.
Kyouga: "If Ciel is your immediate heir, then why is he my caretaker? Why did he turn my mother into a demon when he ended up using Uruha? Lastly, why is it that every demon I've come into contact with happens to take some interest in me? It's becoming more and more difficult for me to understand myself these days. However, I'm also finding myself care less and less about things around me. Everything is just so unclear to me right now..." Kyouga asked and said candidly in a polite manner as he sat down in a chair. It was also a mystery to him as to why Kyouga lived, and his brother died. Suddenly, a much more reasonable question came to his mind. "What is the purpose of being a demon?" Kyouga asked, practically hitting the nail straight on. Yet, Kyouga was like a child that was still trying to understand the world around him.
Mr. Satan: "Ciel my heir?" Santa chuckled "Ciel is but one of my many sons, he looks over you as promise to his dead beloved, your mother." He started placing his hands over to the raw heat of the fire place and continued with what sounded like a sermon. "You get your source wrong my boy, if she was only turned a demon then, would you have been one?" He then laughed as the boy thought that he was interested in him, he was quite frankly, but not in the way he thought he was.
"I take interest in anything unnecessary, you born of a shinigami father, and mother, grew up to be a shinigami fighting hollows who later he turns to be. Now, you discover somethings about you which comes with age, your turning into a demon. Its classic really, amuses even the demon king, what would become of you in the future, will indeed be something amusing to see."
Santa answered the last question last. "And so the purpose of a demon you say. You dare say you want to persue this path, yet you linger yourself with ridiculous thoughts such as the purpose. Our purpose.
I'll tell you.Were unworthy to God, he sees us nothing more than a lowly human. Humans, with their many imperfection, there mortality, there love. Psheh, such a foolish man god truly is. We serve our purpose fine and well, but not after he created this.. moral things... we are here, to cause havoc to those who he love so dear, more than us, more than our brothers who chose to stay loyal. God...
We are here for that sole purpose, to prove our worth, and to prove humans worth...
So... are you still eager to become a demon?"
Kyouga: "I will see things through to the end. I'm not going to turn away from this path that has been laid out before me. I'm very willing to take the risk, Lucifer." Kyouga explained to Santa politely, although Kyouga thought he called he was calling the man Santa. However, Kyouga apparently knew who this man really was. Santa was likely the first fallen angel, but Kyouga meant no ill feelings at all.
