Ryuu with his habit of teasing people probably makes it hard to get along with him. He really isn't just one big batch of teasing nature. He hardly ever teases males so he can get along with them. He doesn't tend to talk much especially when he's on a mission but it doesn't mean he won't talk to people he calls his friend. He gets along with pretty much anyone who doesn't think his teasing is annoying or consider it flirting. Just because he considers you a friend doesn't mean he'll open up to you about his past,in fact, he'll still have issues with this.
▌ENEMIES

Of course, what person wouldn't have enemies? Ryuu isn't a normal person though and so he may have more than what is normal. He is a guardian for the Varia so the job comes with some hostility. He has encountered a number of people who dislike him just because of his position. He works as an assassin now and even before now he was a hitman. Young and devoted to his work. Any person taking out so many hits would surely rack up a long list of people that hate him.
▌LOVES
I discovered that my castles stand
Love? Ryuu really hasn't focused on this much. He was and still is far too busy to stop and fall in love. He doesn't even bother with dates and especially not flings. He has most of his mind focused on working on his missions gathering money and the other half is set on finding his sister. Love hasn't really even crossed his mind not even once. Maybe if someone was persistent enough to pursue him then they might be able to convince him that taking a break is perfectly fine. Might even be able to convince him to open up about his past and tell them that he is looking for his little sister.
